Most destinations receive orders within one week from time placed. Shipping quotes for orders under $99.00 can be calculated by adding items to the shopping cart; no purchase necessary. Easy Returns

We know it happens "not a problem" contact sales@rvpartsdiscount.com and let us know you want to return the item and we will provide a return authorization number. If the original manufacture packaging has been compromised, a fifteen percent re-stocking fee will be administered. Returns must be received within thirty days of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Lost or Damaged Items

We have great faith in UPS transporting products however if a problem occurs please contact sales@rvpartsdiscount.com and we will replace the item at no cost to the customer.

We must receive notification within twelve hours of the time placed before the shipment has been processed.
